Program: Spectrios Institute for Low Vision. A 501 (c) 3 organization
Dr. R. Tracy Williams of Batavia, is a recognized national leader in the field of low vision. His non-profit organization empowers children and adults with vision loss, regardless of income, to optimize their visual capabilities and independence through the use of prescriptive tools, technology, rehabilitative training and inspiration.
In addition, this internationally recognized vision expert is the eye doctor for our Chicago White Sox and Chicago Bulls. Do any of you remember Horace Grant’s goggles? Well, that was our doctor! Come and hear Dr. Tracy talk about his super power and passion, and that is to have us all seeing, as best we all can.
We will also present our house warming gifts to Batavia Habitat for Humanity Women Build recipients Janice Owino and George Bikeri.
